established in 1871. Randolph County Abstract Office is the ONLY
title plant in Randolph County with set of tract books capable of
chaining a 1/4 acre parcel all the way back to the government grant in
the early 1800's.
For Example, The State of Illinois has a program they call the "Centennial Farm". If a farm has been in your family for 100 years, the Secretary of State will send you a plaque designating your farm as a Centennial Farm. Our office will take the papers you receive from the Secretary of State and certify to the original acreage and find the book and page of your family's original deed and help you fill out all other pertinent information. We offer a variety of services including Title Insurance, Abstracts of Title, Escrows, Appraisals, Complete Document Preparation, Letter Reports consisting of Last Deed of Record Forward, Assessed Value, Complete Tax Information, Mortgages Against and Judgement Search, and the Closing of Real Estate Transactions (HUD Settlement statements and 1099's).
