This month’s Spotlight on a Business sponsored by the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce is Twyla’s. Twyla Schulte has been in the florist business since 2007, serving the area with florals and gifts for all occasions. Recently the shop has been the sight of a major renovation as Twyla unveils her new flower and wine boutique.
Along with flowers and silk arrangements, Twyla’s now offers a wine bar and boutique items. And to add a bit of flair, the shop offers delivery of flower and wine baskets as well as gourmet baskets for special gifts. The boutique offers seating for 25. In addition, plans are being made for outside seating next spring. Guests are welcome to bring food or even order from local establishments.
Local employees include Kathy Grohmann, Karen Krantz, Becca Barbeau, Patty Rieke, Valerie Beaston, Sandi Dobbs and Diane Guebert.
Stop by the boutique located at 100 Park Plaza to sample, sip and sit a while.
Twyla’s opened for business on Nov. 19. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and closed Sunday.
Special music will be provided by Tom Caverly on Saturday, Nov. 21 beginning at 2 p.m. Twyla’s plans to close at 6 p.m. on Saturday in support of the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce Lighted Parade. For more information contact Twyla at 282-2355.
